One of my favorite things to do on Sunday's is to bake goodies. This time of year, cranberry banana muffins are a favorite. They combine opposing sweet and tart flavors, and gooey centers with crusty edges. Displayed on a piece of "leaf" pottery I made a few years ago in pottery class. Happy Sunday!

We've been shopping at antique stores, thrift shops, and junk stores across Nevada, California, and Oregon over the past week. This one in eastern Oregon was just more than I could handle. The picture actually makes it look better Haha. You couldn't even walk around. I don't feel so bad about a few things stacked up in my shop.
Driving through one of the recent forest fires in Oregon. There was still an occasional tree smoldering. We have seen hundreds of miles of burned acreage, and a few burned out buildings and vehicles on this road trip through California and Oregon. It makes the stark contrast between what is burned and what is still standing beautiful in many ways.
Potty House! Though it was closed due to covid, I had to photograph this lovely. We hiked 1.1 miles down the mountain to the edge of Crater Lake. Still beautiful, even through the smoke.
Curly hair gets curlier at the ocean! Oregon coast.
Redwood forest, Northern California. My favorite place to remember the scripture "be still, and know that I am God".
